Today Anna Firth, Member of Parliament for Southend West, joined the Mayor of Southend, Councillor Margaret Borton, for the launch of Southend YMCA’s Digital Gallery of Inspirational Stories at Porters Civic House.
On Saturday, 30th April, Anna Firth, Member of Parliament for Southend West, visited Blenheim Primary School in Leigh-On-Sea, rated as outstanding in its 2020 Ofsted inspection, as part of her program to visit every school in Southend West.
On Tuesday 26th April, Anna Firth, Member of Parliament for Southend West arranged a meeting to sort out the ambulance waiting times which have caused major disruption to many of her constituents.
On April 25th Anna Firth, Member of Parliament for Southend West, held a meeting with Nigel Huddleston, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport to kick off Southend-on-Sea’s bid to be UK City of Culture 2029.
Today, Anna presented the “Inspire the House” Most Inspirational Community group award to N-ACT Theatre in Schools at a ceremony in the House of Commons.
