On Tuesday 9th April I was really pleased to welcome the Rt Hon Victoria Atkins, Secretary of State for Health, to Southend Hospital. I invited the Health Secretary to show her the outstanding work being done at Southend which leads the way in treating fractures, cancer and emergency cases.
