Ofsted report praises local schools

Anna Firth welcomes the Ofsted Annual Report figures which show that Bexley Borough Council schools are among the best education providers in the country.

Anna continues to lobby for more trains and compensation for disruption from Southeastern trains

Anna has called on the Managing Director of Southeastern Trains to provide more trains as well as Christmas compensation for the extended period of Christmas disruption  which will affect all those living in Erith and Thamesmead needing to go to work by train between the 24th December 2015 and the 4th January 2016.  In her letter Anna says that the level of service recently has been unacceptable and that those having to work between Christmas and New Year deserve either a reasonable service or reasonable compensation.
